How about a official *entrance* where members can tell who they are, where they are from and what they drive.
Maybe in the english section?

I think the "Who am I " Thread would be better in the *General Information* area.
Some of our users do not speak English and so I think they will not visit the English page. |

Hmmm..."Meeting Point" shouldn´t be a specific only-english forum...but you´re right, could be misunderstood.
